Configuring Notifications

1.Open the Notification tab.

2.Set preferences for:

  • Appointment status (Confirmed, Completed, Delay, Canceled, Rescheduled).
  • Notification methods (Email, SMS, or both).

3.Configure up to 3 reminder intervals with preferred methods.

4.Specify recipients (Admin, Customer, Assigned User).

5.Click Save to apply changes.
